You retain ownership of all content you create on Tribunly, including posts, comments, ratings, and photos ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Tribunly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.
When using Tribunly, you agree not to:
Tribunly has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Content or conduct that harasses, threatens, or endangers others; is hateful, sexually explicit, or promotes violence; or otherwise violates the Acceptable Use rules above is not permitted, regardless of context.
You can report any post, comment, or user directly from the app, and block a user to stop seeing their content and prevent them from interacting with you. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and we aim to act on reports within 24 hours.
Content found to violate these Terms is removed, and accounts responsible for repeated or severe violations may be suspended or permanently banned. You must accept these Terms before you can post content on the Service.
The Tribunly name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of [Company Name]. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.
Tribunly displays sports fixture data sourced from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that match schedules, scores, venue information, or other sports data are complete or error-free.
The Service may contain links to external websites or services. Tribunly is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
You may delete your account at any time through your account Settings, in the app or on the website. See Delete Your Account for exactly what happens when you do — deletion is immediate and irreversible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms — including the zero-tolerance policy above — or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service. We will notify you of the reason for suspension or termination when reasonably possible.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.
